still a fine chair

when it was new
it was one in a crowd
of identical chairs, rows and rows,
much improved seating, heightened comfort,
but alone there, on the front step,
its age has brought it to a place
of prestige
and still a bit of cushion comfort

It never ceases to amaze me that there are so few comments to your posts, because they just get better and BETTER. And it feels stupid to keep thanking you for being such a good writer and for sharing that with the rest of us. Nevertheless, here I am, saying those very words to you again: Thank you, Pablo.
