Everyday.
Not everywhere, but somewhere
within 25 or 30 miles of town,
it's pouring down
at 3:10pm.
Many times if it is not the center of town at that moment, then it will be an hour later, or maybe two. Depends on the speed of the storm and the sea breeze and its temperature. Has to do with a lot, but a lot comes together in an everyday sort of way so that at a little after three o'clock in the afternoon...it's raining.
